Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival your apartment is ready for you from 1:00 p.m. For later arrivals up to 8:00 p.m. please send us your information. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated until 9:30 a.n.

Parking
We have a large covered parking for your car. On request, you can park your car for free in our garage.
Additional persons / Final Cleaning
Each additional person in the apartment pays 8 € per night, Children from 3 years € 4 per night. For stays under 7 nights € 20 is charged for final cleaning.
Tourist card
On arrival, you will receive your personal guest card, offering numerous discounts for services and admissions.
Cancellations
Booking cancellations we only accept up to 4 weeks before the agreed date of arrival. In all other cases, we calculate the empty bed surcharge by Italian guests recording contract law, the same applies for early departures.
Dogs
Your dog is also welcome by prior arrangement, if he is clean and quiet. Price per day 5 €.

Hiking area Hirzer
About the hiking area Hirzer extends to various destinations. The cable cars Hirzer and Verdins and the chair lift Verdins are within a few minutes.
